The main support channel

Ask on Discord

This is where wako support actually happens. Questions get answered by other users and by the developer, bug reports get tracked until they are fixed, and feature requests are read and prioritized there.

#help — questions

“How do I…”, “is this normal…”, setup help. Someone has usually been there before you.

#issues — bugs & ideas

One post per bug or idea, with a tag. Posted there it gets tracked; written in a chat channel it gets lost.

What to include in a bug report

  • Your platform: mobile (iOS / Android) or TV
  • Your app version (Settings > About > Version)
  • The exact steps to reproduce it

Using a third-party add-on? Those are not built or maintained by wako — contact the developer of the add-on directly, the wako team cannot support them.

Email — account & billing only

Payments, subscriptions, and account issues are the one thing that can't be handled in public. Everything else — questions, bugs, feature requests — is answered on Discord, and emails about them are simply redirected there.
